A: Yes, you can supply your own clothing for custom printing at BlackFox Customs. If you provide the garments, we prioritize the printing process and guarantee that your order will be ready the same day. We can customize almost anything!  While we specialize in custom apparel and DTF printing, we’re not limited to just T-shirts.We can customize T-shirts, hoodies, sweaters, tote bags, hats, socks, baby clothing, baby items, blankets, and more. We can also customize wooden items and other unique products if you have something in mind, just ask!

What is your standard turnaround time, and are rush options available?Our standard turnaround time is typically 3–5 business days, depending on the size and complexity of your order.Need it sooner? Rush orders are available! If you’re working with a tight deadline, just let us know when you need your order by and we’ll do our best to make it happen.Rush availability depends on our current workload, so please contact us before placing your order if you need a guaranteed rush turnaround.We’ll always be upfront about what we can realistically do no empty promises, no guessing, just honest communication.

Shipping costs depend on where you’re located, the size of your order, and how quickly you need it. We don’t use one flat shipping price for every order because a small package going across the city and a large apparel order going across Canada can have very different shipping costs.Your shipping cost will be calculated based on your order and delivery location. If you’re picking up locally, you can skip the shipping cost altogether! Need your order shipped? Just provide your delivery address when requesting your quote and we’ll let you know the shipping cost upfront no surprise shipping fees.
